Things to Do in Canada 155
Good morning!
Did you know? Ottawa’s Winterlude Festival is one of the top winter festivals in Canada and one of Ottawa’s biggest events, bringing in around half a million visitors each year. It has also been celebrated for more than 30 years and is mostly free.
Speaking of Ottawa’s Winterlude, it takes place this year from February 2 - 19 and features all sorts of fun attractions, such as ice carving, public art installations, sliding, skating, mini pow-wows, food and so much more. We were able to experience this festival in 2020, the same time we jumped over to Quebec to experience Carnival as well. If you can knock both out of the park at the same time, it makes for a heck of a winter experience.
So without further ado, enjoy the 155th edition of the Weekly Goose.
