Did you know? Quebec’s Winter Carnival is the world’s oldest Winter Carnival, the largest Winter Carnival in the Western hemisphere, and it attracts one million visitors annually!

When it comes to winter festivals, nothing beats Quebec’s winter carnival. We finally got to experience the big event in 2020, right before the world went into lockdown, and it was such a blast. From a world-class parade to ice slides, live music, ice canoe races, and maple syrup, this really should be on every Canadian winter bucket list.
