  • We love rollercoasters and we love Canada’s Wonderland, but we can’t imagine being stuck upside down for 25 minutes. Obviously, the ride is currently out of commission as the park investigates.

  • Air Canada is improving its fleet, purchasing 18 787-10 Dreamliner aircraft from Boeing. Each jet can carry 330 passengers.

  • Film festivals are a great place to watch new movies, but for those who can’t make it, where do you see them? Well, here are some of the TIFF movies that are on streaming platforms.

  • Who doesn’t love a good photo? Here are Canadian Geographic’s best photos of the year.

  • Imagine just abandoning a boat in the ocean, leaving it to drift away or sink to the bottom. Well, up until 2019, it wasn’t even illegal to do this in Canadian waters. Thankfully, that has changed and the Coast Guard has removed 550 abandoned vessels from open waters.

  • The Earth has scars too. Just check out these images taken from space of the damage of Canada’s wildfire season.

  • We love a bit of spice now and then, but this Canadian has taken it a bit too far. Mike Jack has just entered the Guinness World Record for eating 50 of the world’s hottest chilli peppers in less than 7 minutes.
